Pumping & Combo Feeding
Whatever way you feed, we've got you — flange sizing, pump troubleshooting, and a plan that fits your life, not just a schedule.
With patience and practical know-how, pumping support can turn a confusing routine into a plan you can count on.
Pump Fit & Troubleshooting
The wrong flange size causes more pumping struggles than people realize. We assess fit, output, and comfort so your sessions are actually working for you, not against you.
Combo & Exclusive Pumping Support
There's no wrong way to feed your baby. Whether you're combining breast and bottle or exclusively pumping, we help you build a routine that protects your supply and your sanity.
Return to Work Planning
Going back to work shouldn't mean losing your supply or your peace of mind. We help you build a realistic pumping schedule, plan storage and transport, and troubleshoot before problems start — not after.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know what flange size I need?
Ill-fitting flanges are one of the most common (and fixable) causes of pumping struggles. We assess your fit and adjust it as part of every pumping consultation.
Can you help me build a pumping schedule for returning to work?
Yes — we plan around your actual work schedule, not a generic template, so your supply stays protected once you're back.
Do you offer virtual pump consultations?
Yes — in-home, in-office, or virtual, so support fits your life, not the other way around.
Do you accept insurance for pumping support?
We're in-network with Cigna (Wildflower Health), Aetna, United Healthcare, Meritain Health, and VA CCN. For all other plans, we offer a discounted self-pay rate and accept HSA/FSA.
