Breastfeeding & Lactation Support
From your first prenatal question through toddlerhood, our board-certified lactation consultants build a plan that actually works for your body and your baby.
Β With compassion and an open mind, breastfeeding support can turn a stressful start intoΒ confidence in every feed.
Prenatal Preparation
Feeling ready before baby arrives makes the first weeks easier. We help you build a realistic feeding plan, troubleshoot concerns early, and know what to expect β before day one, not after a rough one.
Newborn Latch &
Feeding Support
Hands-on help with positioning, latch, and comfort in those first fragile weeks β the stretch where small adjustments make the biggest difference. Home visits are available for families who can't easily travel to us (travel fee may apply).
Ongoing Support, Weaning & Beyond
Feeding doesn't stop being complicated after the newborn stage. From returning to work to weaning on your terms, we're with you for every transition. We help you prep for daycare, navigate the "milk math," and even find the words for that conversation with your employer. Add tandem feeding, relactation, and weaning to the mix, and you've got a team that protects your feeding journey for as long as you need us.
Common feeding challenges we help with
Painful or difficult latch
Discomfort during feeding is common, and almost always fixable β we assess positioning, oral function, and anatomy to find what's actually causing it.
Slow weight gain or weight loss
We look at transfer, supply, and feeding efficiency together to build a plan that gets your baby growing on track.
Low or oversupply concerns
Whether milk feels like too little or too much, we help you find a sustainable rhythm for you and your baby.
Long, frequent, or exhausting feedings
If feeding is taking over your day, we look at what's driving it and help you get time back.
Nipple confusion or bottle transitions
Moving between breast and bottle doesn't have to be a fight β we help make the switch smoother for both of you.
Weak or disorganized sucking patterns
These patterns can affect feeding efficiency and comfort β we assess oral motor function and build a plan to strengthen it.
Tandem feeding, relactation, or weaning
Whatever stage you're in β starting, restarting, or winding down β we support it on your timeline, not a standard one.
